Product Convergence
An optimal fund range combining the best of both worlds
Our approach
We are preserving the track records of our best strategies while aligning pricing, ESG and risk frameworks. Funds are being integrated in two ways:
Simplification – removing overlap: we’ve reviewed the range and have identified some overlap.
Harmonization – practical alignment of the range: we’re also aligning ESG methodologies, fee structure, naming and branding, as well as asset service provision. This will make our products more intuitive for clients and enable more seamless switching between umbrella funds.
What you can expect and when
We have robust plans in place to keep things running smoothly, and where documentation is being updated, we will be taking steps to avoid any unnecessary disruption.
If you are impacted, we will aim to inform you early of operational changes and formal legal notice will take place a month in advance.
Our relationship manager and client services teams are fully briefed and ready to support you through the changes.
The strength of our combined platform lies in the breadth and depth of our offering. But with that breadth comes the need for a streamlined, intuitive range with clear naming. By optimizing the range, we’re bringing the best of our capabilities together and making it easier for clients to navigate and use.
The outcome
Our range will have 90% market coverage1
