Jérôme Broustra is the Head of Fixed Income Global Rates. He oversees Global Sovereign, Inflation, CHF Fixed Income and JPY Fixed Income strategies with a team based in Paris, Zurich and Tokyo.
From 2019 to 2023, Jérôme was responsible for Fixed Income and Multi-assets Investment Specialists with a team based in London, Paris, Greenwich and Hong-Kong. Prior to this, Jérôme was Head of Rates, responsible for Inflation, Aggregate and Green bonds strategies since 2010. He initially joined AXA IM in 2004 as a Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for managing large institutional portfolios, open-ended funds and became Head of Euro Aggregate in 2008.
Prior to AXA IM, Jérôme worked at Amundi (Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management) as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where he was responsible for absolute return funds, long/short credit and aggregate portfolios. Jérôme started his career at Citi Asset Management as a Junior Portfolio Manager.
Jérôme holds a postgraduate Master’s degree (DESS) in Finance as well as a Master‘s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Sorbonne University (UPMC). Jérôme has 26 years of experience in investment management and has been regularly awarded by the industry and peers since 2000.
Jérôme is Board Member of the Diversity Project Europe (DPE) and also president of AXA IM Mix’IN network, which aims to promote diversity & Inclusion within the asset management industry.
