David Fourgoux
Co-Head of US IG Credit
David is the Head of Buy and Maintain Stamford, leading a team of portfolio managers which oversees both AXA Insurance General accounts, as well as third-party insurance portfolios. He has been responsible for managing core strategies since 2011.
Prior to his current role, David was a credit portfolio manager within the US Fixed Income team, becoming Head of US Investment Grade Insurance Investment in 2014. After joining AXA IM in 2000, his roles have included Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AXA IM in the US, Chair of the Product Development Committee for Rosenberg Equities in London and Head of Product Engineering in Paris, a product structuring role he held for five years.
Prior to joining AXA IM, David was an SME Relationship Manager for three years at Société Générale.
David holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the ESC Grenoble in France.
