Enter the Metaverse

Thank you very much for attending our workshop Enter the Metaverse with our fund manager Pauline Llandric at Citywire Berlin.

Please find links to the presentation, the Metaverse strategy and our Thematics range, as well as supporting reports and articles below.

The Metaverse is the confluence of the virtual and physical worlds: Where more technology is layered onto everyday life, associated with how the internet has evolved to connect people, places and things. We believe that it has the potential to impact our daily lives, in ways that perhaps we can’t even imagine yet. Whether it is socialising, gaming, working or industry, we think that the metaverse can bring people together in new ways – and the potential is only just being tapped.

Our commitment to securing a sustainable future

As part of our commitment to securing a sustainable future for our planet, we at AXA IM have chosen to make a donation to Die Arche, a Germany-based charity, on behalf of our Citywire Berlin delegates instead of providing an event branded giveaway.

Founded in 1995, Die Arche is committed to empowering and supporting children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Reaching more than 4,500 children across Germany, the association sees itself primarily as a trustworthy contact point for children, young people and families. Die Arche’s work is based around leisure, food provision, learning, creation of sustainable relationships, holidays organisation and family support. This is with the purpose of enabling integration and potential and setting an example of a healthy lifestyle.

How can investors access the evolving economy?

To help people invest in the companies that are embracing these changes, we have adapted our internal research capabilities at Framlington Equities to incorporate the main trends that we believe represent the future for long-term fundamental growth investing.
